Learn step-by-step how to design a necklace, using wire to create your own link chain and create hammered wire cages for your bead charms attached with secure, professional wrapped loops. Discover what tools and materials are required and the techniques for finishing off your jewellery. We provide a wide selection of quality gemstones, wood beads and glass beads. Come along and make your own individual jewellery designs to take away with you.
Held at Shiney Company (Brand new shop and workshop at 5 Saville Row, Bath, BA1 2QP adjacent the Assembly Rooms)
The workshop begins at 11.00 a.m. and finishes at 3.00 p.m. with a 40 minute lunch break.

3. Step-by-step techniques to make a chain links and create your own chain with silver wire
4. Step-by-step techniques to make create hammered silver wire cages for your bead charms
5. Step-by-step techniques to make a master wrapped loops on your bead charms for a secure, professional finish
6. Finishing your jewellery professionally
How much will it cost?
This workshop is just £45 and includes materials such as glass beads, semi-precious gemstones, shells, wooden beads and much much more. Use of tools and light refreshments are also included.
Lunch
You are welcome to bring a packed lunch, however, there are many cafes, sandwich shops and bars within walking distance that serve food and snacks.

Shiney Company is wheelchair friendly. If you have any special requirements or use a wheelchair, we would be grateful if you would let us know so that we can ensure their is adequate space for you and other students.
