Learn to design your own jewellery on our day of mixed projects. You will learn 3 different techniques to make a necklace, bracelet and earrings.
Necklace: Double strand crimped necklace - also know as a floaty necklace.
Bracelet: Charm and cord bracelet
Earrings: Cluster drop earrings
Saturday 22nd March - 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. 1 hour lunch break.
Price of workshop: £45 including materials*.
Held at Shiney Company, 5 Saville Row, Bath, BA1 2QP. Adjacent to the Assembly Rooms.
What will I learn?
1. What tools are required and how to use them safely.
2. Wire, beads and findings required to make these items of jewellery
3. Step-by-step techniques to crimp beads in place on your jewellery wire and how to use calottes and clasps to finish your jewellery
4. Step-by-step techniques to make coiled loops on head pins to create bead charms to add to your cord bracelet.
5. Step-by-step techniques to finish your cord bracelet using folding crimps (cord ends) and adding clasps and jump rings.
6. Step-by-step techniques to design your own cluster earrings.
Lunch
You are welcome to bring a packed lunch, however, there are a variety of shops, bar and cafes in the local area.

Shiney Company is wheelchair friendly. If you have any special requirements or use a wheelchair, we would be grateful if you would let us know so that we can ensure their is adequate space for you and other students.
