Learn how to create beautiful wire sculptured jewellery incorporating beads.
Bend, weave, shape and sculpt wire to create contemporary jewellery designs.
You will create and keep 2 styles of pendant and a bracelet. Learn step-by-step how to design your wire jewellery, discover what tools and materials are required and the techniques for finishing off your jewellery. We provide a wide selection of quality gemstones, wood beads and glass beads. Come along and make your own individual jewellery designs to take away with you.
Held at Shiney Company, 5 Saville Row, Bath, BA1 2QP. Adjacent to the Assembly Rooms.
The workshop begins at 10.30 a.m. and finishes at 4.30 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch break.
What will I learn?
1. What tools are required and how to use them safely.
2. Wire, beads and findings required to make these items of jewellery
3. Step-by-step techniques to a create 2 styles of wire sculpture pendant incorporating beads.
4. Step-by-step techniques to make a wire sculpture bracelet.
How much will it cost?
The workshop is just £45 and includes materials such as glass beads, semi-precious gemstones, shells, wooden beads and much much more. Use of tools and light refreshments are also included.
Lunch
You are welcome to bring a packed lunch, however, there are a number of cafes, coffee shops and bars nearby.

Shiney Company is wheelchair friendly. If you have any special requirements or use a wheelchair, we would be grateful if you would let us know so that we can ensure their is adequate space for you and other students.
